To respond to your enquiry, to check for conflicts of interest before taking on a matter, and, if you subscribed, to send you one email a month. We never sell or share your information for marketing.

Confidentiality

Anything you tell us in an enquiry is treated as confidential, whether or not we end up acting for you. Where we act for you, professional privilege applies alongside this policy.

Your rights

Under the NDPA you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Unsubscribing from The Brief takes one click.
